With the Travers Stakes this weekend, many will travel to Saratoga, a town lying in the foothills of the southern Adirondack Mountain region of upstate New York.

Today’s mental vacation takes us to Whistler. Located in the Canadian Coastal Mountain range of British Columbia, Whistler is known as THE destination for winter sports. Like most ski resorts though, Whistler is equally desirable in the warm months.
